Companies, like Verizon, BP, Microsoft, Computer Associates and many others, offer these benefits. Here are simple steps that you can take:

Check with your company's Human Resources or Personnel Department to see if the offer a Gift Matching Program. If they don't already, may be on your suggestion, they can start one.

If your company has a Gift Matching Program, the human resources office would give you a matching gift form to send to Shaping Destiny along with your donation.

Mail your completed form to to our address


And that's it!  We will complete the remainder of the process and if everything works, your company will match or even double your gift.
